Bee
Pollen
Our
locally collected bee pollen is used by many to aid in fighting allergies
and as a "super food", reportedly increasing endurance and for
general health and wellness. Bee pollen is rich in B Vitamins,
contains many amino acids and enzymes, and varies in protein
content from 10-25%
(avg.
20%). It is the bees protein source and is used
with nectar and honey
to feed the young. Its side benefit, while being collected by the
bees, is for ALL living things: POLLINATION.
Speaking of which,
Barbara Boxer, Senator from California has introduced The Pollinator
Protection and Research Act of 2007. This will provide badly needed
funding which was cut in the past to help researchers and
laboratories battle Colony Collapse Disorder and restore a backbone
of science to pollination and the pollinators that support
$15,000,000,000 in United States food production. Please contact
your Senators and Congressman and urge support. Or you can buy food
from China...
Call or email for local pickup. Our pollen must be stored refrigerated or frozen.
