Refunds & Cancellations
This is really moot as under current operations, I do not take advance orders and no sales are made until nucs are available. But I'll leave this here since I took the time to type it in case I get to retire early (with a pension hopefully!)
If unforeseen weather events make production of nucs impossible, delayed or reduced, the purchaser will be contacted via email or phone (if provided) and given the option of (1) full refund at that time, (2) acceptance of partial order (if available) and the balance refunded or (3) full order received at a delayed date, not to exceed 4 weeks or a mutually agreed time from the original expected date of delivery.
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so at least one week prior to the expected delivery date. Once cancelled, any refund due will be made in the same manner as paid if possible or as determined feasible by Ohio Homestead Gardens & Apiaries. There are no restocking fees nor penalties for cancellation, but once cancelled, any bees being held for you, will immediately become available to the next customer desiring them.
